Roquyya Roohi

Roquyya Roohi is an experienced and strategic HR Manager currently leading human resources at Arpatech (Pvt) Ltd since 2025. They previously served as Human Resources Lead at the same company from 2019 to 2025, where they partnered with leadership to execute HR strategies and manage performance systems. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior HR Executive focusing on technical recruitment at Arpatech, and prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Access Group from 2010 to 2017, managing full-cycle recruitment and HR operations. Roquyya is pursuing a Master's degree at Karachi University.
