Fabio Lenzini is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and M&A transactions within the energy sector. Lenzini began his career as an Avvocato at Grimaldi e Associati from October 2007 to May 2012, focusing on advising clients on M&A and energy-related transactions, including the drafting and reviewing of various agreements. Following a two-month secondment at Vinson and Elkins in May 2010, Lenzini joined DLA Piper in May 2012, where roles included Lawyer, Senior Lawyer, and Legal Director, with responsibilities in corporate, energy, and pro bono initiatives, including serving as the Italian contact for ventures in the Australian market.
