Federico Mento is the Co-Director of Ashoka Italia and an expert in evaluation, entrepreneurship, and social innovation. They served as the General Secretary at Social Value Italia since 2015 and were an Interim Co-Leader for Ashoka Türkiye from 2022 to 2023. Previously, they held positions such as CEO of the Human Foundation and Parliamentary Assistant at the Camera dei Deputati. Federico holds a degree from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they completed in 2006. Currently, they are also a member of the Sustainability Committee at Arpinge SpA.
