Nick Pointon

Nick is a highly experienced CFO with significant US Public Company and M&A experience. After an LLB in Law at King’s College London, Nick trained as a Chartered Accountant with Moore Stephens and later moved to KPMG. After roles as Financial Controller in private and public enterprises in telecoms and tech industries, Nick became Finance Director and later VP Finance of King Digital the operator of Candy Crush which listed on the NYSE, then two years later was bought by Activision Blizzard for $5.9bn. After four years as Group CFO of Privitar, a VC funded data privacy company, Nick joined Arqit in 2021.
