Toby Redshaw

Toby Redshaw is CEO of Verus Advisory focused on innovation/tech transformation. Prior (2016-2021) he was at Verizon where he started by leading Tech Strategy and recently as SVP of Verizon’s Enterprise Innovation and 5G Solutions. Toby previously held Global CIO positions at American Express and Aviva PLC, HQ in London. His responsibilities included Risk, NPI, and eCommerce. He was named to Top CTO 25 – Most Influential IT leaders by InfoWorld and Top 50 Global CIOs by InformationWeek. He is a Senior Fellow at the Council on Competitiveness, on the advisory board of the Digital Cities and Global Projects Center at Stanford and the IT Advisory Council for DELL. He is currently an advisor to leading startups in Big Data, Neuroplasticity, the 2041 Foundation and a consultancy focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.
