Jerrod Blavos

Jerrod Blavos is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at arqu since March 2025, Jerrod previously held significant roles at UserTesting, including Vice President of Engineering, where leadership of a global engineering organization of over 120 staff was achieved. Prior roles at UserTesting included Senior Director and Director of Software Engineering, where transformation of teams and international market expansion were key achievements. Jerrod's career began as a Senior Software Engineer at Impressive Designs, followed by a role as Software Engineering Manager at RecCenter, a digital agency. Jerrod holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Marietta College.
