Kayla Smith has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having held various roles that underscore strong account management and customer service skills. Beginning as an Account Manager/Agent at American National from August 2009 to December 2015, Kayla managed high-value accounts and utilized persuasive sales techniques to identify and address client needs. Subsequently, Kayla worked at Certified Insurance Group from December 2015 to December 2018 as an Insurance Broker, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and liaising with underwriters. Kayla continued to build expertise as an Associate Account Manager at Moody Insurance Agency from February 2019 to June 2021, followed by a position as Account Manager at Alliance Insurance Group of Colorado from June 2021 to March 2022, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction and managing a substantial book of business.
