Michael Latimer is a technology advisor and investor whose career includes leading, growing, exiting, and advising SaaS and tech businesses. Since 2022, Latimer has built out an extensive family office property fund that has invested extensively in the Chesire and London areas. They currently serve as Advisory Specialist for SaaS/Tech, providing specialist advisory focused on short- to medium-term exits and assisting with diligence. Latimer also serves as founder and co-owner of MCL Property Ventures Limited, a family office investment fund with a significant residential property portfolio in Cheshire and London.
