Dean represents Esperante Ventures, a significant investor in Arquer. He has an MBA from ENPC Business School, Paris. Following 10 years with the Ferring Pharmaceuticals group in global operations and business development management, he has led Esperante Ventures since 2004, building and growing an investment portfolio of pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies in North America, Europe, and Israel with 4 successful exits to date.
