Benjamin Dolivet

Benjamin Dolivet has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Head of HR Operations at Arquus since November 2018, overseeing 800 employees across various departments including R&D, product marketing, and manufacturing. This role involves managing a team of six HR Business Partners and focusing on talent development, recruitment, and strategic project management. Prior to Arquus, Benjamin held positions at Coface as HR Business Partner for the HQ Group and Western Europe Region, where transformational and change management efforts were key. Benjamin's earlier experience includes significant roles at Bureau Veritas, specializing in international HR management across Africa, and various HR positions in recruiting and consultancy since 1998. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and multiple related qualifications from esteemed educational institutions.
