Stephane Bompoil is a seasoned industrial project manager with extensive experience in production and methods management. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of responsible for methods and maintenance at ACMAT, where they implemented assembly lines and fostered a lean culture. They served as project manager at Arquus in 2018 and as a production manager prior to that. Earlier in their career, Stephane spent 13 years at Bobcat Company, starting as a methods technician and eventually becoming a technical data manager, where they facilitated the implementation of a new ERP system.
