Mark Timlin PhD is a Post-Doctoral fellow in Dairy Chemistry and Milk Powder Production at Teagasc, with experience in optimizing production processes in commercial dairy plants and conducting root cause analysis to enhance product quality. Previously, Mark held roles as a Dairy Technology and Processing Technologist, focusing on process optimization and training in laboratory standards, and as a Walsh Scholar PhD student, where statistical and multivariate data analyses were employed to identify product differences and develop biomarker models. Mark's earlier experience includes working as waiting staff at Supermac's and serving as a teacher of science at Jesus and Mary Secondary School. Currently, Mark works as a Research and Development Technologist at Arrabawn Tipperary, following educational accomplishments at University College Dublin.
