The Arras Foundation is a health legacy foundation established in 1995 as a result of the sale of Elliott White Springs Hospital in Lancaster, South Carolina. The Foundation serves to enhance the health and wellness of all residents of Fort Lawn, Great Falls, and Lancaster County.
