Courtney Pendleton

Courtney Pendleton is currently the Lead Talent Partner at Array, where they work with 12 workforce solutions companies across the United States to find and attract top talent. Previously, they served as the Assistant Aquatics Director at the YMCA of Lincoln, Nebraska, where they managed recruitment and facilitation of aquatics programs. Courtney's earlier role as a Child and Family Services Specialist at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services involved investigating reports of child abuse and collaborating with law enforcement. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Chadron State College.
