Jonathan Paul

Jonathan Paul is a seasoned staffing professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as Vice President/Managing Director at HB Staffing and Vice President-GM at Array. They have held key leadership roles at various organizations, including as VP/General Manager at International Staffing University and as the Founder/Manager of CareerPartners. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Family Counseling from California State University, Northridge. They are currently pursuing a Teaching Certificate in Multiple Studies at UC Santa Barbara, all while enjoying travel and learning in their post-retirement years.
