Ruth Johnson

Ruth Johnson, PMP, currently serves as the AVP of Talent Engagement at Array since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing Talent Success roles and ensuring deployment of associates aligns with their career goals. Previous roles include AVP of Professional Mentoring and Education and Head of Coaching at Array, as well as Director of Customer Experience at Greene Resources, focusing on process improvement for customer interactions. Ruth has a history of leadership in recruitment and operations, holding positions such as Director of Implementation and VP of Recruiting Solutions at Headway Workforce Solutions.
