Brian Roberts

Brian Roberts is a Chief Legal Officer with extensive experience in providing legal counsel to businesses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, strategic partnerships, and general corporate matters. Brian has held various senior legal positions in Array, SmartRent, Grand Canyon University, and iGo, Inc. Previously, Brian worked as a business and finance attorney at Snell & Wilmer. Brian obtained their J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and a B.S. in Business from The University of Kansas.
