Nancy Erb

Nancy Erb, MS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Array Architects, a role they have held since 2020 after previously working as an Executive Administrative Manager and an Administrative and Human Resources Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, they gained experience as an Office Manager at Laser Spine Institute from 2011 to 2013 and spent over a decade at Erb Mascio Builders as an Advertising Manager/Administration. Nancy also operated as a self-employed professional at Erb Design from 1993 to 2009 and worked as an Art Director at Roska Direct Marketing in the late 1980s. They are currently pursuing a BFA in Graphic Design from Moore College of Art and Design, along with a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and a Master's of Science in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College.
