Jennifer Hettema is a Behavioral Health Researcher currently serving as a Senior Clinical Research Scientist at Array Behavioral Care since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Executive Clinical Director and Head of Research at LifeStance Health from 2024 to 2025, and served as a Senior Clinical Director. Jennifer was also an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia from 2008 to 2014 and a Full Professor with Tenure at the University of New Mexico from 2014 to 2021. They earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of New Mexico and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health Services Research at the University of California, San Francisco.
