Lauren Chronowski is a Senior Vice President of Operations at Array Behavioral Care since March 2025. Previously, Lauren held multiple leadership roles at SpecialtyCare from April 2012 to July 2024, ultimately serving as Region President for the Neuro Services Division, overseeing operations across a 9-state territory, managing P&L, labor, service delivery, and relationships with 1,500 surgeons and 300 hospitals. Prior positions included Director of Operations and Clinical Manager within the Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Division, as well as Surgical Neurophysiologist at Biotronic NeuroNetwork. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University.
