Les Paschall is the Chief Executive Officer of CFG Health Network, where they have led the organization since 1997, overseeing a management team of 760 employees in the delivery of healthcare and management services. With over 20 years of creative leadership, Paschall has developed and coordinated cost-effective healthcare services across various public and private institutions and has advised the Governor’s Task Force on Mental Health. They are also a board member at InSight Telepsychiatry, LLC. In addition to their extensive experience, Paschall is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Memphis State University and a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at The University of Memphis.
