Marlene McDermott LMFT

Marlene McDermott, LMFT, PhD, is the Vice President of Quality and Therapy Services at Array Behavioral Care, where they utilize their extensive 20 years of leadership and clinical experience in addictions and behavioral health to enhance clinical efficacy and improve care quality. Previously, Marlene held various roles, including Operations Manager at Inpathy, where they significantly increased consumer engagement and reduced no-show rates. Marlene's educational background includes a Doctorate in Developmental and Child Psychology from Capella University and a Master's in Educational Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University - East Bay. Additionally, they serve on the Board of Trustees for HQSI, dedicated to improving services for patients and providers.
