Scott Baker

Scott Baker is an accomplished leader in the field of behavioral health care, currently serving as Vice President of Growth and Partnerships at Array Behavioral Care since March 2012. With a strong focus on enhancing access to quality behavioral health services, Baker has held multiple leadership roles, including Group Lead and Director of Business Innovations. In these positions, Baker has successfully developed partnerships with various health systems, hospitals, and organizations to implement telebehavioral health programs. Previously, Baker gained valuable experience as a Senior Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company and as a Sales Representative at First Horizon Pharmaceuticals. Scott Baker holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Biology, from the University of Mary Washington, and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
