Shane Rau

Shane W. Rau, MD, PhD, DFAPA, currently holds the position of Vice President, Medical Director at Array Behavioral Care. Previously, Shane served as a telepsychiatrist at Array Behavioral Care and held the title of PRN Psychiatrist at Colonial Behavioral Health. Shane also worked as a Psychiatrist at The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place and as an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Shane's educational background includes a residency in Psychiatry from the University of Virginia, an MD and PhD in Physiology from the University of Kentucky, and a BA in Biology from Transylvania University.
