Nacira Ferdjoukh

Nacira Ferdjoukh is the Head of HR at Array Innovation, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in various HR roles, primarily within the financial services industry. Nacira previously worked at J.P. Morgan as an HR Assistant and held multiple positions at Citi, including HR Reporting Analyst and Head of Human Resources for Bahrain and Qatar. They have also contributed as a Recruiter at Global Career Company and an HR Data Analyst at Alexander Mann Solutions. Nacira is currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Psychology at Université Paris X Nanterre and a Master's in Occupational Psychology at the University of Strasbourg.
