Weaam Sperinck is a Senior UX Designer based in Bahrain with an extensive background in design. Having freelanced as a Visual Artist & Designer from 2009 to 2020, Weaam transitioned to Product Design for Green Bar Bahrain before serving as Head of UX Design at MenaMoney from 2021 to 2025. Currently, Weaam leads UX design at ARRAY INNOVATION, focusing on user-centric solutions for AI interactions. They hold a Master of Arts in Illustration from the Interactive Design Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the Glasgow School of Art. Additionally, Weaam taught Art & Design at Shaikha Hessa Girls' School, where they also served as Head of the Art & ICT Department.
