Shadi Youssef

Shadi Youssef is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in RF systems and communications. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Array Labs since 2023, Shadi has previously contributed to Meta as an RF Systems engineer focused on RF technology and augmented reality from 2021 to 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Engineer at Mojo Vision Inc., leading radio chip development from 2017 to 2021, and a Senior Staff RF System Engineer position at Marvell Semiconductor from 2013 to 2017, specializing in radio front-end system specifications. Shadi began the career at SiTel Semiconductor as an RFIC Design Engineer from 2006 to 2009, working on CMOS power amplifiers. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in RFIC design from the University of Twente, a Master of Science in RFIC design from Aalborg University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications from Ain Shams University.
