Bikash Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of networking and technical support. Bikash started their career as a Desktop Support Engineer at Wipro Technologies in 2010. Following this, they worked at CMC Ltd as a Network Engineer L1, where they gained experience in network engineering, video conferencing, and network monitoring through CA Spectrum software.

Later, Bikash joined Orange Business Services as a Technical Consultant, Network Engineer, and Network Administrator. In these roles, they managed various network devices and provided support for configuration and management. Bikash also worked with tools like CA Spectrum, CA Nimsoft-UIM, and CA ServiceDesk.

Most recently, Bikash worked at Array Networks as an Internal IT & Lab Engineer, where they handled engineering, support, and sales engineer labs. Bikash then transitioned to the role of a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they worked on assigned tickets, resolved customer issues, and created bug reports. Currently, Bikash works as a Senior Technical Engineer at Array Networks, where they studies release notes, tests new features, and shares their understanding with sales and presales teams.

Bikash Kumar obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, from the year 2009 to 2012. Bikash then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Magadh University from 2013 to 2016. Bikash obtained several certifications in network security and network administration, including Fortinet NSE-2 Network Security Associate, Fortinet NSE-3 Network Security Associate, Palo Alto ACE, Fortinet NSE1 Network Security Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and CCNA. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2019.
