System Engineer at Array of Engineers

Patrick Gipper has extensive experience in engineering roles. Patrick began their career as a Controls Engineer at Parker Aerospace in 1984. Over the years, they took on various responsibilities, including serving as a Senior Specialist, Project Engineer, and Senior Engineer. Patrick played a key role in analyzing field returns, identifying the primary cause of failures, and developing solutions. Additionally, they worked on the design and testing of a high flow rate direct drive valve, which was a significant achievement for the division. In 2004, they became the Lead Avionic System Engineer for the Boeing 787, where they embedded the Hydraulic Interface Function as a hosted application. Patrick also worked on the Airbus A350 hydraulic system, ensuring compliance with specific requirements. At Parker Aerospace, Gipper assumed responsibility for defining hardware/software requirements for the XCAC MA700 Hydraulic System Controller, effectively managing changing customer requirements. In 2020, they joined Array of Engineers as a System Engineer.

Patrick Gipper pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University from the years 1975 to 1979. Patrick then went on to complete their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from Cleveland State University between the years 1982 and 1984.
