Aldana Morales

Aldana Morales is an experienced project manager in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Project Manager for LATAM at Array Technologies since April 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager - LATAM and Project Manager - México at Arctech Solar from June 2019 to March 2021, Constructions and Maintenance Engineer at Pan American Energy between June 2017 and May 2019, and Project Engineer at AXION Energy from June 2013 to June 2017. Aldana began the professional journey at Tenaris, focusing on supply chain planning, logistics, and cost control, and gained early experience as a Quality Control Intern at PSA Peugeot Citroen. Aldana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, earned in February 2013.
