Ariadna Yerpes

Ariadna Yerpes has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Robotics Research Staff at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Ariadna then worked as an International Project Engineer at KELOX S.A. before joining Talgo in 2010. At Talgo, they held various roles including R&D Engineer, Engineering Team Manager, Project and Product Management Officer, and Head of Market Intelligence. In 2018, they transitioned to Array Technologies, where they took on roles such as International Sales and Business Development Manager, Customer Solutions Manager, Director Pre-Sales & PMO, Integration Management Office Leader, and currently serves as the Product Management Strategy Director. Throughout their career, Ariadna has been involved in market analysis, product and project management, customer solutions, and leading transformative initiatives within organizations.

Ariadna Yerpes completed a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology at the British Council School Madrid in 2003. Ariadna then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, graduating in 2008. Ariadna went on to obtain a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Financial Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2012. Ariadna also engaged in various professional development programs, including certifications in French and English language proficiency, as well as courses in digital product management, digital transformation strategy, and business transformations.
