Dave Spilka

Dave Spilka is an accomplished engineer and designer with extensive experience in mechanical design and drafting. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Designer Drafter at Array Technologies, Inc. since January 2021, Spilka specializes in modeling and drafting using SolidWorks CAD software, collaborating with various engineering departments to design and document product lines. In addition to this role, Spilka operates as the Owner and President of Spilka Innovations, LLC, providing design and drafting services for client products and components. Previous positions include roles as Design Senior Engineer II Specialist and CAD Supervisor at Zimmer Biomet, and Engineer II at CR Bard, where Spilka contributed to the development of medical and orthopedic devices. Spilka holds a BSBIS degree from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science in Electro-Mechanical Drafting from Denver Technical College.
