Jim Sorensen has had a diverse work experience starting as a Project Engineer at GT Products in 1994, transitioning to roles at Mitsubishi Motors R&D of America, Eaton Automotive, and First Solar, where they held various engineering and managerial positions related to reliability, testing, and technology assessment. Jim most recently served as a Sr Product Manager at Array Technologies and is currently the Director of Product Management at the same company.
