Kasey MacSenti

Kasey Macsenti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Management at Array Technologies since January 2023, Kasey previously held the position of Business Transformation Manager for North America at Rotork from June 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing operational improvements in a leading actuator manufacturing and flow control organization. From 2010 to May 2018, Kasey served as the Director of Process Improvement at FDH Velocitel, managing continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating across various departments. Prior roles include multiple program management positions focused on site acquisition and construction processes at FDH Velocitel and project management at Legacy Wireless Inc. Kasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, History, and Languages from Gutenberg College and has completed executive education in Financial Analysis at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as training in Six Sigma and Lean Philosophy at UC Irvine.
