Leonardo Serpa currently serves as General Manager EMEA at Array Technologies, having joined the company in October 2024. Previously, Leonardo held the position of CEO at Essentia Energia from August 2021 to August 2024, overseeing a renewable power generation platform with significant revenues and an installed capacity of 1.7GW. Prior to that, Leonardo served as CEO of ENGIE Solutions from May 2016 to August 2021, where the creation of a new Energy-as-a-Service business area was achieved, along with the successful integration of multiple acquisitions. Leonardo's extensive experience also includes roles at ABB, where responsibilities included global management of power control services and renewable energy solutions. An academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich and an MBA from Cass Business School, complemented by executive management training at Harvard Business School.
