Leticia Pallone is a law graduate from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo, holding a postgraduate degree in Contract Law and Civil Liability from Escola Brasileira de Direito and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Leticia has extensive experience in legal counsel roles, including as Junior Legal Counsel at Canadian Solar Inc. from 2021 to 2024, where they managed complex business contracts and provided legal support for the LATAM region. Currently, Leticia serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Array Technologies, continuing their dedication to corporate and business law.
