Mark Bailly

Mark Bailly, PhD, is a highly skilled data scientist specializing in software tools for monitoring photovoltaic power plants at NovaSource Power Services since April 2021. As the owner of Bailly Rapid Prototyping, Mark designs and manufactures custom 3D printed parts using a variety of advanced materials. Previous roles include PV Plant Performance II Engineer at First Solar, where Mark developed software for performance analysis, and postdoctoral fellow at Arizona State University, focusing on rapid prototyping and organic molecule detection. Mark holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, complemented by a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Extensive experience includes internships at ON Semiconductor, Marquardt Switches, and Constellation Energy, all contributing to a robust foundation in electrical engineering and device physics.
