Matthew Rhodes

Matthew Rhodes, CHMM, is the Global Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) at Array Technologies, where they focus on creating balanced safety and environmental practices. They have held various roles in the EHS field, including EHS Manager at Tenneco and Manager of Construction Environmental Compliance at Northern Natural Gas, overseeing environmental permitting and remediation programs. Matthew has also worked as an Environmental Coordinator at MidAmerican Energy and Manager of Environmental Operations at BNSF Railway, managing compliance with environmental regulations across multiple sectors. They hold a Master's degree in Management from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Central Missouri State University.
