Michael Gilmore

Michael Gilmore is a CRISC-certified professional currently serving as the Director of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Array Technologies, where they lead the IT risk management program. With a diverse background in IT leadership, they have held roles in security and controls application delivery, business/IT consulting, and project leadership for global companies, including Enron and ExxonMobil. Michael has demonstrated significant expertise in Agile project methodologies and cross-cultural team coordination across various regions, ensuring data protection and compliance. Additionally, they have a commitment to community service, having volunteered as a Board Director at Westside Montessori School, where they guided initiatives to support the school’s long-term mission. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language at The University of Texas at Austin.
