Neil Manning

Neil Manning serves as Chief Operations Officer of Array Technologies. With 30 years of operations and commercial experience, Neil has driven growth and transformation across several engineered product and services companies. Before joining Array, he was a managing director at Rotork, where he led strategic development, commercial growth and operational improvements for the company’s largest business segment. Neil was previously at Velocitel, a wireless infrastructure service company, where he held several roles, including leading site development services and headed SiteSafe, leading a business recovery via robust process and production transformation. Earlier in his career, he headed Business Development, Solutions Engineering and Operations teams at optical fiber manufacturer Corning, telecommunications company Sprint Nextel and CB&I, a global EPC.Neil has an MBA from Virginia Tech and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY.
