Erick Diaz

Erick Diaz is an experienced software engineer specializing in system architecture and development, currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Array since September 2024. Previously, Erick held positions at BambooHR, first as a Principal Software Engineer and also as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing significantly to software solutions and systems modernization. At Petal, Erick functioned as a Senior SRE, successfully creating a new CI/CD pipeline and managing on-call incidents for production services. Erick's professional journey includes roles at Yours.co, Spark Networks, Gearshift Technologies, and Bluehost, where diverse projects ranged from developing APIs to migrating legacy systems.
