Kyle Williams

Kyle Williams has over 17 years of legal and finance experience. Kyle began their career in 2004 as a Law Clerk at Braun Kendrick Finkbeiner PLC. From 2005 to 2008, they held various roles at Ally Financial Inc., including Program Manager, Manager of Finance, Compliance and Contracts, and Senior Financial Analyst. From 2008 to 2014, they were at Stout, where they served as Director, Legal & Risk, Director (interim General Counsel), and Senior Manager, Legal and FP&A. In 2021, they began working at Axiom as Sr. In-House Counsel, providing legal regulatory support in development of new Complaints Management Policy / Program across all global locations. Currently, they are Sr. Commercial Counsel at Array.

Kyle Williams attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an MBA in Finance. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Michigan State University College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law. From 1995 to 2000, they attended the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
