Matthew Porter

Matthew Porter currently serves as the Recruiting Lead at Array, where responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts across all departments in a dynamic startup environment, as well as managing and training new recruiters. Prior experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Matthew held the position of Vice President in Business Banking Change Management, overseeing change requests and collaborating with various teams, and served as a Senior Associate in technology recruiting, managing a full lifecycle recruiting desk. Prior to JPMorgan, Matthew was a Captain in the United States Air Force, leading Airmen in intelligence operations and facilitating organizational efficiency. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Mississippi and a Master's Degree in Global Security Studies from Angelo State University.
