Dana Michaud

Dana Michaud began their work experience in 2005 as an EHS Specialist at GE Energy. In 2006, they joined Defence Construction Canada as a Health and Safety specialist. From 2006 to 2017, Dana worked at Gerdau Long Steel North America as a Manager in Health and Safety. In 2017, Dana joined Array Marketing as the Environmental Health and Safety Manager. They then progressed to become the Senior Manager of Safety & Sustainability in 2019, and currently hold the position of Director of Sustainability & Risk Management since February 2020.

Dana Michaud pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2000 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (hons) degree from McMaster University, which they completed in 2004. In 2004, they furthered their studies at McMaster University and obtained a degree in Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS) in 2005. After a significant gap in their education, Dana Michaud returned to academia in 2023 and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership + Sustainability from Claremont Lincoln University in 2024.
