Dorota Saniewska McIps

Dorota Saniewska MCIPS has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Dorota is currently the Global Director - Sourcing and Procurement at Array Marketing, where they are responsible for transforming the organization into a strategic procurement model. Dorota manages procurement operations for affiliates and business units. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Procurement Manager at Array Marketing, where they developed and maintained procurement processes and organizations to support strategic suppliers. Dorota also managed a team of 10 staff and focused on talent attraction and retention.

Before joining Array Marketing, Saniewska worked at Willson & Brown as the Purchasing Department and Outsourcing Manager. In this role, they led a team and managed procurement aspects for various categories including materials and services. Dorota also broadened the supplier base and implemented the "make or buy" strategy.

Saniewska also has experience at Kompania Piwowarska as a POSM Development Manager and Junior POSM Development Manager. In these roles, they created communication strategies, led BTL communication projects, and developed sourcing relationships with new suppliers. Dorota also established a global POSM strategy for the company.

Earlier in their career, Saniewska worked at Willson & Brown as a Production Manager and Planning Department Manager. Dorota also gained experience as a Chief Technologist Assistant at Willson & Brown and as a Production Manager and Purchasing Specialist at W&B Metal Sp. z o.o. In these roles, they focused on production management, purchasing activities, and cost savings initiatives.

Dorota Saniewska MCIPS holds a Master of Engineering degree (M.Eng.) from the Warsaw University of Technology, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, they completed their undergraduate studies at Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in Mechanical Engineering (Production Engineering) with a technical and managerial focus. In 2020, they attended the ICAN Institute and pursued studies in Management TM. Currently, in 2022 and 2023, they are enrolled at CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, where they are working towards a degree in MCIPS with a specialization in Sourcing and Procurement.
