Hardik Gandhi

Hardik Gandhi has work experience in two companies. From March 2018 to December 2018, they worked at Shell as a Maintenance Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting plant components, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing mechanical breakdowns effectively.

Since April 2021, they have been working at Array Marketing in various roles. From April 2021 to April 2022, they served as a Product Designer and Product Coordinator. Hardik'sresponsibilities included designing 3D CAD models, interpreting technical drawings, and managing client supplied and internally purchased products.

From May 2022 to June 2023, Hardik worked as a Tool Design Specialist & CNC Programmer at Array Marketing. In this role, they collaborated with department managers and project managers to develop improvement ideas, provided project progress updates to involved parties and management, and managed project scheduling, drafting hours, budget estimation, and progress monitoring.

Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Array Marketing starting from June 2023.

Hardik Gandhi completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Hardik has acquired several certifications, including CPR/AED/First Aid from the Canadian Red Cross in April 2022, SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) from Dassault Systèmes in February 2021, AutoCAD Professional from Autodesk in January 2021, and SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) from Dassault Systèmes in January 2021.
