Hilda Lam

Hilda Lam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hilda currently works at Array Marketing as an Account Manager since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Array Marketing from January 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Array Marketing, Hilda worked at Shikatani Lacroix Design where they held the role of Account Manager and Project Manager. As an Account Manager, they successfully delivered nation-wide award-winning projects, collaborating with clients to incorporate their desired outcomes and design. Hilda also coordinated studio efforts and strategically planned design schemes to meet client requirements. Additionally, they collaborated with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality deliverables and execution. Hilda's tenure at Shikatani Lacroix Design spanned from April 2016 to June 2020.

Prior to Shikatani Lacroix Design, Hilda worked at Forward Signs Inc. where they held the positions of Account Executive and Project Coordinator. As an Account Executive, they effectively applied Project Management Institute processes to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects. Hilda also promoted the brand through trade show attendance. As a Project Coordinator, they provided full support to the Account Executive by reporting project reviews, issues, and risk assessments. Hilda successfully coordinated multiple projects simultaneously, including key accounts such as Golf Town, The Home Depot, Town of Oakville Go Parking Station, TD Canada Trust, and Niagara Falls We-Go Bus System. Hilda's tenure at Forward Signs Inc. lasted from March 2011 to September 2015.

Hilda Lam completed their education from 2007 to 2010 at the University of Waterloo, where they earned a degree in Honours Art and Business with a focus on Honours Economics. In addition to their degree, Hilda has obtained certifications such as "Become a User Experience Designer" from LinkedIn in September 2020 and "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute in January 2016.
