Laura Ghioghiu

Laura Ghioghiu, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura began their career at Mittal Steel in 2001, where they served as an Assistant Director Projects for three years. In 2004, they joined W Amsler Equipment Inc. as a Plant Manager, maintaining this role for nine years.

In 2013, Laura transitioned to Array Marketing, where they held various positions over a span of seven years. Laura started as a Project Manager and gradually progressed through the ranks, eventually serving as a Director of Operations. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Commercial Transformation Implementation, leading the successful implementation of various commercial transformation initiatives. From June 2020 onwards, Laura has been serving as the Director of Project Management, overseeing and managing project teams within the organization.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective project management abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial operations. Laura'sexperience in different industries has provided their with a well-rounded perspective, making their a valuable asset in driving project success.

Laura Ghioghiu, PMP has a diverse education history. Starting in 1995, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Robotics at Universitatea "Dunărea de Jos" din Galați, which they successfully completed in 1999. Following this, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Industrial Robotics from "Dunarea de Jos" Galati in the years 1999 to 2000.

In more recent years, Laura Ghioghiu has continued to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. In 2022, they attended the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter to earn their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team" and "Strategic Thinking" through LinkedIn in June 2022.
