Tom Hendren

Tom assumed the role of Executive Chairman of Array in 2017. He joined Array in 1999 and has held a number of senior roles in the organization including, Vice President of Operations, President, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Tom has been instrumental in establishing Array’s global capabilities including its operations in China and its manufacturing alliances with partners in France, the United Kingdom and in Mexico. He is also a frequent guest lecturer on Global Retail Merchandising at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. The university recently appointed Tom, ‘Honorary Professor of Marketing’.
