Tilane Jones

Tilane Jones is the current President of ARRAY, a film collective dedicated to the amplification of images by people of color and women directors. Tilane has been with the organization since it was founded in 2010 by Ava DuVernay, serving as the Executive Director from January 2008 to December 2016. In their current role, they oversee the distribution of feature narratives and documentaries by varied voices, as well as the newly formed non-profit ARRAY Alliance and its special programming initiatives. Throughout their time with ARRAY, Tilane has been a champion for underrepresented creators in creative spaces.
